SAP SuccessFactors
Employee Central, position management, time and compensation, and the data model underneath. Deep work on payroll interfaces.
HR data governance · Software publishing
Master data governance and delivery on the large HR platforms, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central first among them, and software I design and run myself. One practitioner, accountable from the workshop to production.
01
I work inside the platform: configuration, master data, interfaces, payroll and the decisions that hold them together. When a build slips, I am the person who opens the system.
Currently engaged on the SAP SuccessFactors programme of LVMH.
SuccessFactors is my daily platform and my depth. Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft come from earlier in my career, and I list them because legacy estates outlive their owners.
Employee Central, position management, time and compensation, and the data model underneath. Deep work on payroll interfaces.
Core HR and workforce structures, fast formula and HDL loads, extracts for finance and payroll consumers.
Legacy estates that still run payroll every month: maintenance, extraction, and the road out toward cloud.
Master data ownership, duplicate detection, mass correction, controlled loads, and an audit trail that holds up. On my current engagement: seven detection levels across 410,000 records, monthly cleansing campaigns on 40 business rules, and a three-consultant programme run against fixed release dates. I define who owns which data and who may change it, then I enforce it in the platform.
Design workshops to go live, including cutover, hypercare and handover to the internal team.
Payroll, finance, identity and learning systems, file based or API based, monitored, failure handled by design.
Target operating model, harmonisation across countries, and sequencing that keeps a programme deliverable.
Interfaces, retroactivity, control reports and reconciliation, in local and outsourced setups.
Client names are covered by contractual confidentiality, so I describe sectors, platforms and types of work only.
One tool I built and run is formally classified HIGH-RISK under the EU AI Act (Regulation EU 2024/1689).
I maintain the regulatory checklist and keep the file audit-ready. GDPR end to end on the HR data domain, Article 50 transparency on my own products, access control and segregation of duties enforced through Role Based Permissions.
For a UAE client this matters in one specific way: a group operating across Europe and the Gulf carries European obligations on its European entities. I have already built against them.

Not a catalogue. The software is the proof: advisory without execution is only an opinion.
In production
Designed, developed, deployed, secured and brought into compliance by one person.
In preparation
Two further applications are in build, one consumer facing and one for HR teams. I will name them when they are live, not before.
I have worked on the same family of HR platforms long enough to have seen them upgraded, replaced and inherited.
Large groups and multi entity organisations, where a data error reaches payroll the same month.
Global scopes across regions and legal entities at once, local requirements against central governance. Seven countries integrated after acquisition, the United Arab Emirates among them.
Workshops, documentation and delivery in English and French, with the same precision in both.
